Today was a special day and a number of bonus points have been awarded to all who participated in our six-a-side game.
I would add a special mention section but the mentions would not be special because I would mention everyone so, to keep it short, know that you all played vital roles in keeping your team working towards a win and having fun no matter what. Not a single goal was scored because of a mistake but rather because the scorer and their teammates did what was necessary to get the ball into the goal.
I have enjoyed watching all of you play and progress this year and I look forward to seeing you enjoy what is just a game but means a lot to so many of us. In the words of Arrigo Sacchi, "Football is the most important of the least important things."

Week 10:
Awareness and Respect levels are up again this week and we have two inhouse researchers, Phoebe and Henry, who received bonus points for extra research which is a very positive contribution to our collective learning. We still have students losing points for ignoring (or is it forgetting?) the school's English Only policy.

Week 9:
This week awareness levels have improved. Some students lost points for errors in
R-E-S-P-E-C-T that involved talking while a specialty teacher was giving instructions or restating indiscretions to a fellow student who was already aware that they had made a mistake. You know who you are, but you have made the Dojo list despite this this week.

Week 7:
This week points we had some better volume levels though we are still working on the English Only policy in some sections of the classroom.

Well done Liam, Martin, and Matthis for getting that bonus point for lining up at the right time and in the right place without being prompted.
Week 6:
This week points were lost for ignoring the English Only policy in class, general distractions, and having to be reminded that R-E-S-P-E-C-T includes having fun at a reasonable volume.

Week 5:
We did not see any red or yellow cards awarded this week but that doesn't mean that performances were perfect. This is to be expected because nobody in the room is perfect. Some points did, however, need to be deducted for ignoring the English Only policy (respect for those who can only communicate in English) and also for being more of a hindrance than a helper.
Let's work on these and try to get all of our classmates in the Master realm of the dojo next week.
Week 4:
This is our first Dojo week so everybody is a Dojo Master this week. It will not be as easy next week, when the Dojo really gets going.
